BIO: Clark Burckle was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Clark attended St. Xavier High School, where he was both a standout student and athlete. He competed all four years for the swim team, during which they were state champions each year. Clark was also an individual National Champion during his time at St. Xavier. Clark attended The University of Florida where he achieved both academic and athletic honors, and later transferred his senior year to the University of Arizona, where he won an individual National Championship as a part of the swim team. Clark went on to compete for Team USA in numerous international competitions, including the 2012 Olympic Games in London, England. Clark then attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, graduating in 2015.
After this, Clark worked in a variety of roles within the sports and entertainment industry, including roles with Nielsen and FloSports, a direct-to-consumer live-streaming company that covers sports beyond the big four. In 2018, Clark moved back to Louisville to assist with his family business in the recreation/health and fitness industry. Clark is currently the CEO of Club Management Group of Louisville, Inc., which owns Blairwood Tennis, Swim and Fitness Club, Louisville Tennis Club, and Different Strokes Golf Center (added in 2021). In addition to running day-to-day operations, Clark is focused on new opportunities to invest in his home city of Louisville.
